At Hawthorne Valley Farm, we strive to bring you the fresh, wholesome, nutritious products that are hand –picked, –baked, –crafted, –formed, –raised, and/or –packaged. From the tiniest seeds that are carefully planted by our apprentices and farmers to our thousand–pound steers that graze in our pastures, all are looked after and treated with care and respect.
The managers and co–workers in each department take great pride in their work, and they are committed to ensuring that the products you select from here at the farm, receive through our Community Supported Agriculture program, pick up at one of our two Greenmarket stands, or order through the mail reflect their personal attention and the Farm's dedication to the land and the consumer.
