Due to New York State regulations, we are unable to bring our raw cows’ milk to Union Square or Inwood. Raw milk may be purchased at the farm; we recommend calling the farm store in advance (518-672-7500, then press option 1) to check its availability. We proudly offer raw milk cheeses (aged over 60 days) at both the Green Market stands — come by for a sample!
